I have been in the workforce since I was 18 years old, the same company. I had been feeling stuck for years and had no idea where to start. Thankfully, Yolanda did. I went to her and she listened. She did not know at the time but I was hesitant about going to school to get my Bachelors and also really wanting to purchase a home. Yolanda sent me off with some homework over the weekend and I did my research on programs I might be interested in. I went back to see Yolanda and she patiently sat while I gained the courage to get through my very first college application. She also helped me with some other things associated with getting in school. I was granted an interview, she helped me prepare and it went flawless. I was ADMITTED into the first college I had applied for. She encouraged me to continue reaching my goals which included homeownership so I did. I recently closed on the place my son and I can call home. Without Yolanda’s coaching, I would not have had the courage to pursue my dreams! She helped me Press Play to really work toward living the life that I wanted to live. -I. Boone

Yolanda helped me through one of the most difficult times in my life. I was furloughed, relocating, without a job and not sure how to handle this new adventure. I was depressed and trying to figure out how to begin again.. During all of that time, I found a passion to want to help others budget their money. I wasn’t really sure what the best way to accomplish that was but I knew who to talk to. I set up an appointment to meet with Yolanda and that was the best decision I made. Yolanda understood how I was feeling better than anyone who I tried to explain it to. That alone encouraged me.. Often times when I go to Yolanda for advice on one subject, I get so much more than what I was expecting. Based on the information I shared with her, she recommended that I go back to get my MBA in Financial Services. I am currently 3 semesters in and have no regrets. I found a job in a pandemic, started a blog and I am in a much better place emotionally. Yolanda’s coaching was a pivotal moment for me. She continues to push me when things get tough or uncertain. Yolanda is patient, caring, strong, successful and great person. I am so grateful to have her on my team! -Kaelyn M.
